Kick It With Toyota

The historic return of Canada Soccer’s Men’s National Team at the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM is over. #KickItWithToyota turned the nation red and white and helped kick that first Canada goal into the back of the net. Well done to the team for doing us proud! We’ll be there in 2026, cheering them on home turf.

Qualifying for the Olympic & Paralympic Games

Several Canadian teams have already qualified for the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games, including: Canada Basketball Women’s National Team, Wheelchair Basketball Women’s National Team, Wheelchair Basketball Men’s National Team, and the Women’s National Soccer Team. We could not be more proud of all the athletes who represent us so well on the world stage.

Senior Women’s National Basketball Team

Currently ranked 4th in the FIBA World Ranking Women, the highest yet for the program, the Senior Women’s National Team swept their group at the Qualifying Tournament to qualify for the Tokyo Olympic Games. Riding a 6-game win streak overall, they have plenty of momentum as they shoot for the podium.

Senior Women’s National Wheelchair Basketball Team

One of the most successful teams in Canadian amateur sport, the Senior Women’s National Team is the only wheelchair basketball team to win 3 Paralympic gold medals in a row, and 4 World Championships in a row. It’s only fitting that they qualified for Tokyo with gold at the 2019 Parapan American Games.

Senior Men’s National Wheelchair Basketball Team

One of the top wheelchair basketball teams in the world, the Senior Men’s National Team is a force to be reckoned with. Winners of 4 Paralympic Games medals – including 3 Gold – the Team is headed to the Games in Tokyo, having qualified with a silver medal performance at the 2019 Parapan American Games.

Women’s National Soccer Team

Canada’s Women’s National Team has now qualified for four consecutive Olympic Football Tournaments. The only nation to reach the podium at both London 2012 and Rio 2016, the Canadian women have history and momentum on their side – along with Christine Sinclair who set the world’s all-time international goal scoring record at the qualifying championship.
