Vehicles distributed by Toyota Canada Inc. ("TCI") are certified as complying with all Canadian safety and emissions regulations. There are an increasing number of differences between these Canadian regulations and the comparable U.S. regulations. At the same time, the complexity of the equipment included in these vehicles is also growing. As a result, TCI is unable to provide Manufacturer's Confirmation Letters, also known as Compliance Letters, of the type required by the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration ("NHTSA") to import a Canadian-certified vehicle from Canada to the United States under Box 2B of Declaration Form HS7.
While TCI is unable to provide support on importing a vehicle to the United States from Canada, customers/guests may be able to utilize Box 3 of Declaration Form HS7, which involves the use of a Registered Importer. Importation of a vehicle using Box 3 is subject to several conditions and may not be possible for all vehicles. Further information on how to import a vehicle from Canada to the United States under Box 3 can be obtained in NHTSA’s Vehicle Importation Guidelines, which can be accessed here: https://www.nhtsa.gov/sites/nhtsa.gov/files/documents/vig_canada09122017.pdf. Genuine Toyota filters are designed and engineered to fit Toyota vehicles specifically and to maintain the filtration of dirt or particles within the oil to match the recommended oil change interval of 8000 km. Toyota selects original equipment tire size and grade to match the specifications of the vehicle and to optimize ride comfort and handling. When replacing a tire, you should select one of equal size and grade to the original tire and in accordance with loading requirements. Changing the tire size can affect the vehicle's ride comfort and handling performance and may also affect the operation of features such as the speedometer or odometer.
Snow tires are recommended in regions where average temperatures are below 7 degrees celsius and/or harsh winter conditions exist. You should also select snow tires that are comparable to the original tires on your vehicle.

There is a window of time in which you can change the configuration of the vehicle you have made an online deposit for. Once this period has passed and your vehicle has entered the delivery process, changes will no longer be possible. Your dealership of choice will ensure that you are aware of these times and limits.
Yes! Simply cancel your online deposit with your dealership of choice, obtain a refund, and request a quote with your new desired dealership.
Of course. You may refund the online deposit up until your vehicle purchase is finalized. Contact the dealership of choice and simply request a cancellation to receive a refund, minus the processing fee from the original deposit.
