Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) Releases June and Second Quarter Vehicle Sales Results

TORONTO, Ontario – July 4, 2022 –Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) sold 63,785 units during Q2 2022, down 11.2% from Q2 2021.

Toyota division sold 56,765 units, down 11.7% from Q2 2021, while Lexus division sold 7,020 units, down 7.4% from Q2 2021.

For June 2022, TCI sold 20,360 units, down 19.5% from June 2021.

Toyota division sold 18,406 units, down 19.1% from June 2021, while Lexus division sold 1,954 units, down 23.0% from June 2021

Electrified vehicles

Electrified vehicles represented 27.9% of overall TCI units sold during Q2 2022 and 28.0% of overall units sold in June 2022.
