Built on the Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA) platform, it’s body is light and rigid, which optimizes the vehicle’s suspension. The body also allows engineers to more precisely fine-tune the suspension mounted to it, and because of its reduced weight, it doesn’t need overly stiffened shocks to achieve high handling targets.
